2019-2020 Lesson Policy

Rates/Payment:

• Payments must be made in post-dated cheques, dated for the 1st of each month for 9 months (September-May, 35 lessons). 
• E transfer is also accepted
• A $35 recital/administration fee will be included in the monthly amount. There will be 2 recitals (winter and spring), either online or in person.
• If your lesson falls on a holiday Monday, please talk to me if you cannot make your usual lesson time and be prepared to find an alternate lesson time for that week. There are still lessons on holiday Mondays.
• Lesson cost break down is $25/30 min, $37.50/45 min, $50/60 min.
• Monthly payment for 15 min "mini lessons" including $35 recital/admin fee: $52.50 (for the very young violinist)
• Monthly payment for 30 min lessons including $35 recital/admin fee: $101.10
• Monthly payment for 45 min lessons including $35 recital/admin fee: $149.72
• Monthly payment for 60 min lesson including $35 recital/admin fee: $198.33

Cancellation Policy:

Lessons cancelled by the student for any reasons including sickness, travel, etc. are not-refundable.If there is a schedule conflict, please tell me and if there is another cancellation or time slot that is available I will do my best to make up the lesson but can not guarantee it

Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be refunded, if not rescheduled before the end of the year.

In the event that a student decides to withdraw from lessons mid-term, one month’s paid notice is required.
